Paimpol-Brahat Tidal Test Site
The Paimpol-Bréhat tidal demonstration site is located in French Brittany, North East of the Ile de Bréhat. It is a pilot site for full-scale tidal turbines and it is connected to the French electrical grid up to 3 MW. The consented testing area is 3.5 ha, with water depths of 35 to 40 m.
