Service shall not be available for Standby or Maintenance Service such as that required for Alternative Generation Facilities. *Subject to percentage tax adjustment surcharge. The first energy block shall consist of 300 kilowatt-hours plus 30 kilowatt-hours for each one-half kilowatt of Customer's Demand in excess of 5 kilowatts
