General Service Seasonal "A-S" Single Phase * Applicability: Seasonal accounts shall be determined from those General Service single-phase accounts- that were connected for the entire previous calendar year. These accounts will be evaluated using the seasonal test formula which is as follows: Each account where the annual monthly average kWh usage multiplied by forty percent (40%) is greater than the lowest seven (7) months average kWh usage. in addition, any account that consumes less than one thousand (1000) kWh per year shall be considered seasonal.
