Description
Conditions of Service: 1. The Cooperative shall furnish, install, operate, and maintain the outdoor lighting equipment including lamp, luminaire, bracket attachment and control device on an existing pole of the Cooperative, electrically connected so that the power for operation of the light does not pass through the meter for the consumer's other usage, at a location mutually agreeable to both the Cooperative and the consumer. The Cooperative shall furnish and install a wooden pole if required for the outdoor light, within 150 feet of existing secondary circuits. If an additional wood pole is required, other than for mounting the lighting fixture, there will be a contribution-in-aid of construction of $125.00 per pole. The contribution-in-aid of construction for the decorative post top fixture on the decorative fluted fiberglass pole with a twelve (12) foot mounting height will be $1,125.00. The fiberglass pole is available for underground service installation only.2. Other decorative and non-standard luminaires can be installed upon request, at the The charge for the purchased power related costs shall be 3.904¢ times the estimated average monthly kWh usage.
