Description
Applicability:Applicable to services with a monthly, metered demand greater than 30 kilowatts. Secondary Points-of-Delivery- Single- or Three-Phase Service: The utility owns and maintains distribution facilities up to the secondary point-of-delivery (typically established at the secondary terminals of the transformer or other designed secondary junction point). If conditions require an overhead service, the utility will install, own and maintain the service and the customer will pay an aid-to-construction fee to cover these costs.
