Description
This rate is available to residential customers whose primary source of heating, A/C, etc. is total electric. The use of wood, solar or wind powered heating does not disqualify a customer, nor does natural gas/LP gas used for cooking. Qualification for this rate is subject to verification by the Electric Department personnel. *Winter: October 21 - May 20 *Summer: May 21 - October 20 *A 10% additional charge will be added to the electric rates for customers outside the City limits.
