Inventory work in progress:

As part of its Energy Zones (EZ) Study, the Eastern Interconnection States' Planning Council (EISPC) has contracted with the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) and eFormative Options to conduct an inventory of State laws and policies that could impact (either beneficially or detrimentally) the development of clean energy generation.

The primary purpose of the EZ Study is to develop a methodology and a web-based EZ Mapping Tool to identify areas within the Eastern Interconnection suitable for developing clean energy resources. The web-based mapping tool will produce user-customized maps of areas that fit the screening factors and criteria.
