Alternative-fuel vehicle

A vehicle designed to operate on an alternative fuel (e.g., compressed natural gas, methane blend, electricity). As defined by the Energy Policy Act, any dedicated, flexible-fuel, or dual-fuel vehicle designed to operate on at least one alternative fuel.
