Proposed Action
ORMAT Nevada, Inc. proposes to drill three temperature gradient wells in the Dixie Meadows area of Dixie Valley. Access would be via overland travel. No new roads or pads will be constructed. Access to drill sires will be via tracked vehicles and ATVs. Wells will be drilled no deeper than 1,000 feed. No sumps or cellars will be excavated. Cultural surveys will be conducted for each drill site.
