Summary

The Yellowstone River Compact, agreed to by the States of Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming, provides for an equitable division and apportionment of the waters of the Yellowstone River, as well as for the conservation, development, and beneficial use of water in the Yellowstone River Basin.
