Current Alaska Administrative Code Regulations refer to the 3rd Edition of the Transportation Research Board's Highway Capacity Manual. However, the manual has been updated several times in recent years, with the current version being the 5th Edition, released in 2010. The manual will likely continue to change and be revised in upcoming years.
