Summary

This Act, revised significantly in 2006, seeks to mitigate the use of toxic substances and the production of toxic byproducts through reporting requirements as well as resource conservation plans and environmental management systems for businesses. Regulations pertaining to this act can be found in 310 CMR 50.00.
