Summary

The 166 Direct Loan provides loans for land and building acquisition, expansion or renovation, and equipment purchase. This program may finance up to 50% of allowable project costs with loans ranging in size from $500,000 to $1,500,000. Development requires the creation or retention, within a three-year period, of one job for each $35,000 of 166 Direct Loan proceeds.
