Project Description Stinger enhanced durable fixed bladed bits and long-life roller cone bits present the best opportunity for increasing ROP in the construction of EGS assets in the near term. Additionally, the new turbine driven JackHammer will core out the center of the borehole ahead of the bit, thereby relieving the confining

pressure of the formation and providing an additional free surface for rapid rock disintegration.

Objectives Apply Novatek's Stinger® and JackBit® technology in the development of an innovative, durable fixed bladed bit and improved roller cone bit that will increase ROP by three times in drilling hard rock formations normally encountered in developing EGS resources.
