Rebates and incentives exist for new construction, one-for-one replacement of existing lights, and large scale replacement lighting implementation. The program's website provides helpful documentation laying out specific program guidelines, rebate applications, lighting requirments, and information on how their lighting measures affect LEED scores. In addition to their lighting program, SUB is a participant in the BPA's Energy Smart Design Office program which provided a $0.50 per square foot incentive for new commercial buildings, additions to existing facilities, and major renovations.
