The Small Business Administration (SBA) Guarantee Fee Tax Credit allows for small businesses operating in Oklahoma to claim a credit against income tax liability. This credit may be claimed for tax year 2012 and subsequent tax years, for guaranty fees paid on or after July 1, 2012. The credit shall be for the amount of fee paid to obtain financing from the SBA. The credit may be carried forward five years.
