Renewable Fuel Standard Schedule

The United States Environmental Protection Agency, under the National Renewable Fuel Standard program and as required by the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA), periodically revises the volumetric standards for cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel that must be used in transportation fuel each year.

The table below lists the current RFS2 schedule in billions of gallons:
