New York Hydropower Biological Resource Assessment(12-NY)

In New York, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Division of Water may conduct a biological resource assessment of the proposed hydropower project and issue, to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, either mandatory terms and conditions or a defensible set of recommendations designed to protect, mitigate damage to, and enhance fish and wildlife resources.
