This chapter designates protected water sources, which are subject to additional special conditions regarding water use. Permit applications for water withdrawals from these sources may still be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; applicants are required to demonstrate the effects that will result from such withdrawal. Current protected water sources are listed in section 567.53.7.
