|Description|| Residential Performance-based Incentive (PBI): The $ amount per kWh generated such that the incentive is disbursed over time based on metered productionorthe $ amount per kWh expected to be generated disbursed as an upfront incentive. A $/kWh incentive is considered to be a PBI if the generator is allowed to use the electricity on-site and the incentive is given for all electricity generated --used on site or exported as excess generation. Ex: WA’s Renewable Energy Production Incentive (REPI) program provides $0.12/kWh for wind systems not using in-state manufactured equipment.
