|Description|| The first increment (“Increment 1”) of capacity for wind incentives. This is analogous to the PV increments described on page 4 and as of this writing, only applies to two California programs --Emerging Renewables and Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP). The “increment” capacities are the same for residential and non-residential, so there are not separate fields for residential and non-residential increments. Ex: CA SGIP: For projects with capacities > 1 MW, the first 1 MW receives 100% of the incentive rate ($1500/kW), the next capacity increment above 1 MW up to 2 MW receives 50% of the incentive rate ($750/kW), the last capacity increment above 2 MW up to 3 MW receives 25% of the incentive rate ($375/kW). Therefore, the first increment is 1 MW (1,000 kW). See commercial rebate fields below.
