|Description|| Performance-based Incentive (PBI): The $ amount per kWh generated such that the incentive is disbursed over time based on metered production. A $/kWh incentive is considered to be a PBI (rather than a feed-in tariff) if the generator is allowed to use the electricity on-site and the incentive is given for all electricity generated --used on site or exported as excess generation. Ex: WA’s REPI program $0.15/kWh -$0.54/kWh,
