Summary

The Division of Pipeline Safety of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission regulates the construction of any segment of an interstate pipeline on privately owned land in Indiana. The division has provisions for establishing guidelines to be followed by pipeline owners with regards to pipeline construction and interactions with affected landowners.
