Summary

Orlando Utilities Commission offers a no interest loan to its residential customers to insulate their attics to a minimum R-19 level. The maximum amount that can be financed is $1000. In connection with the rebate offered by OUC for attic insulation, $100 will be deducted from the financed amount. Must request and complete a free Residential Energy Survey and the OUC account must be in good credit standing. This program applies to attics that are reasonably accessible.
