Summary

The Opportunity Grant Program provides funding to public and private enterprises. Eligible private companies and developers must maintain operations at a Pennsylvania site, invest private capital at the site, create or preserve jobs at the site, and operate the project site for a minimum of five years. The grant may be used for machinery and equipment, working capital, training, real estate, facilities, site preparation, and environmental assessment. The maximum amount available is $5000 per job created or retained.
