Overview

The project objective is to determine whether Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) will be a sound alternative in financial and energy terms to other types of electricity storage (hydrogen, battery, pumped storage power stations abroad) and regulation methods in connection with electricity overflow and other regulation needs in the electricity system of the future.
