Northern Plains Electric Cooperative (NPEC) is a member-owned electric cooperative that serves customers in east-central North Dakota. Through the North Dakota Utility Rebate Program, NPEC offers a variety of rebates to its commercial customers that encourage energy efficiency equipment replacements and energy saving facility improvements.
