Central Furnace Thermal Storage: must be off-peak program, coupled with Energy Star Air-Source Heat Pump

Northern Plains Electric Cooperative (NPEC) is a member-owned electric cooperative that serves customers in east-central North Dakota. Through the North Dakota Utility Rebate Program, NPEC offers a variety of rebates to its commercial customers that encourage energy efficiency equipment replacements and energy saving facility improvements. Incentives are available for energy audits and custom redesigns, HVAC and water heater upgrades, lighting, and variable speed drives.
