On the basis of generalization of geological-geophysical, hydrogeologica, petrological, mineralogical, geochemical and magmatic convective system there has been proposed a present-day conceptual model for the system; an appraissa of the most likely heat sources; and a forecast of resources of the North-Kurilsk geothermal field, located within the confines of well as peculiarities of system structure: insularity (The isle of Paramushir, The Great Kuril Suing) on articulation of the ace- Complex and long-developing teCtOniC-magmatiC StrUCtUre Of the vernadsb' volcanic ridge; vast development of volcanogenic permeable rocks; existence of an underground heat Source at a depth Of Over 2-3 b, nature and exact pardmeters of which some other features of the North-Paramushir hydrothermal- anic crust with the continental crust; disposition in a large, the mentioned system, has been made
