Summary

The New Technology Implementation Grant Program was established in 2009 to assist the implementation of new technologies to reduce emissions from facilities and other stationary sources in this state. The program is currently inactive, but the legislation is set to expire only in August 2019, so it is possible that the program will be reopened.
