New Hampshire Electric Co-Op offers incentives to its commercial and industrial customers to encourage energy efficiency. The program targets any commercial/industrial member building a new facility, undergoing a major renovation, or replacing failed (end-of-life) equipment. The program offers prescriptive and custom rebates designed to cover the lesser of a one year payback, or 75% of incremental difference in the cost of purchasing standard equipment compared to purchasing an energy efficient equivalent, up to the member's incentive cap. Rebates are available for energy-efficient lighting and controls, energy-efficient motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), HVAC equipment and controls, chillers, and approved custom projects. Rebates specific to schools are available for lighting and lighting controls. For full details on program terms and conditions, rebates amounts, and equipment requirements, visit the program website listed above.
