McMinnville Water and Light offers their residential customers a variety of rebates and incentives for the purchase of energy efficient equipment and appliances. They also offer rebates for Energy Star Homes and Energy Star Manufactured Homes. The Appliance Rebate Program offers incentives for the purchase of Energy Star dishwashers, clothes washers, refrigerators, and freezers, and energy efficient water heaters. Energy Efficiency requirements are listed in detail on the program website. There is also a refrigerator and freezer recycling rebate of $100. Rebates are also available for a variety of weatherization measures including building insulation and window replacement.
