Past Pertinent Test Experience The MHL has been in continuous operation since 1904 as the largest academic physical model basin in the United States. The MHL has designed many custom testing dynamometers to accommodate many complex testing scenarios. The MHL has the experience and ability to fabricate, instrument, and execute many types of data collection platforms.
