From Open Energy Information

SPCT Corrosion potential and temperature data logger

Manufacturer: NKE Instrumentation
Measurement Category: Oceanographic, Condition Monitoring
Operating Environment: Underwater

Operating Mode: Free Streaming

Description

SPCT allows the in situ recording of temperature and corrosion potential between a test point (made of an immersed metallic structure) and a measuring electrode in zinc.

Instrument Measurements

  • Temperature (Water)
  • Corrosion (Structural Health)

Measurement Specifications
Corrosion Potential:
The voltage measured corresponds to the potential difference between the test point and the measuring electrode in pure zinc.
Range: -1900mV to +1900 mV
Resolution: < 1.5 mV
