Lessons Learned: Creating the Chicago Climate Action Plan
This report documents the process that the City of Chicago used to develop its 2006 Chicago Climate Action Plan. It contains observations of best practices, challenges, and lessons learned from the development of this plan. The document includes both broad lessons learned and detailed documentation of each step the City took in developing its Climate Action Plan, along with the key players, actions, observations, challenges, and opportunities associated with each.
