New construction is not eligible for rebates. These rebates are limited to 25 tons per location. A $200 rebate is also available for the purchase of a new ground source heat pump water heater. Interested customers should download the application form from the program website, fill it out, get it signed by their plumber and/or HVAC contractor, and turn it into the utility within 90 days of the project completion.
