Summary

These regulations describe permit and facility requirements for facilities which discharge wastewater. Facility construction, expansion, alteration, production increases, or process modifications may require permits under this section. The regulations also discuss monitoring, recording, and reporting requirements for wastewater discharges. With regards to conservation, facilities are required to minimize wastewater discharges and prohibited from diluting effluents or using excess water.
