Visualizing Project Portfolios using the GRRM

Using Resource Grade
The following diagram provides an example of a way to visualize multiple projects on the basis of their GRRM character index values. As shown, the size of the bubble intuitively represents volume, and the color temperature. Fluid chemistry and reservoir characteristics (e.g. permeability) can serve as the graph axes.
This graph allows users to quickly identify patterns in projects and may aid in "fingerprinting" projects with similar characteristics to target for further research.
Using Resource Grade and Knowledge
The following diagram provides an example of a way to visualize multiple projects on the basis of a combined Resource Grade indicator as well as the Resource Knowledge level of information and level of certainty. The method to roll up values from individual projects is still under development.
This graph could allow users to track the overall status of a portfolio in terms of both resource quality and project progress.
