|Exploration Activity Details|
|Location||Blue Mountain Geothermal Area|
|Exploration Technique||Flow Test|
|Activity Date||2002 - 2002|
Flow tests were conducted in order to asses the characteristics of the newly drilled geothermal observation well Deep Blue No. 1.
After the completion of the first geothermal observation well (Deep Blue No. 1) flow tests were conducted. Two attempts to initiate flow were made. The first attempt used nitrogen and the second attempt use nitrogen and compressed air. Neither attempt was successful at sustaining discharge from the well.
