All development projects in SFHA must comply with Title 12 DCMR and Title 20 DCMR Chapter 31. The reviewing agencies review building permit applications and approve permits in accordance with the Floodplain Review Flowchart. Approval from all agencies must be obtained before a building permit can be issued by DCRA.
