Federal Cave Resources Protection Act Text: 16 USC 4301-4310

Cave Resources Protection Act established requirements for the management and protection of caves and their resources on Federal lands, including allowing the land managing agencies to withhold the location of caves from the public, and requiring permits for any removal or collecting activities in caves on Federal lands.
