Entergy Arkansas offers the Home Energy Solutions Program to help residential customers understand and make energy efficiency improvements in participating homes. Customers can call a toll-free number to reach an energy efficiency solutions representative who can direct the customer to the best energy efficiency solution based on the customer’s need.
Entergy Arkansas also offers the CoolSaver A/C tune-up program to residential and small commercial customers in order to help them improve and verify the condition of their AC or heat pump units. During the tune-up all components of the system receive a thorough cleaning, and the airflow and refrigerant are adjusted to manufacturer specifications. Customers can call the toll-free number to reach an energy efficiency solutions representative who can direct the customer to the best energy efficiency solution based on the customer’s need.
A number of lighting and room A/C instant rebates are available to residential customers of Entergy Arkansas. Customers must purchase qualifying items at one of many participating retailer locations in order to receive instant rebates. Measures eligible under this program include compact fluorescent light bulbs, compact fluorescent light fixtures, and room AC units. Additionally, energy saving measures are available for free, direct installation in manufactured homes and multifamily properties. View the program web site to see further details of these offerings.
