Summary
Oregon Energy Trust’s Small Multifamily Program provides cash incentives to the owners of multifamily properties of duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes served by Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas. In addition to other incentives, the program will install up to 10 free compact fluorescent light bulbs in each apartment unit as well as high performance shower heads and faucet aerators.
