DC Resistivity Survey (Mise-Á-La-Masse)

The Mise-Á-La-Masse technique is variation of a Direct-Current Resistivity Survey where the charged current electrode is placed directly onto an existing well casing or into a conductive body such as a sulfide ore. Essentially the goal is to extend the positive electrode deep into the subsurface by utilizing either a natural or man-made conductor.[1]
