The Dakota CDC Intermediary Relending Program makes IRP loans up to $250,000 available to qualified applicants for a variety of business purposes, including financing a new or existing business, purchasing or leasing equipment, or providing working capital. Repayment terms are based on the use of the loan proceeds or the life of the assets being finances. The average term is seven years or less.
