Summary

Cumberland Valley Electric offers a number of programs to promote energy conservation. This program offers rebates for air source heat pumps, building insulation (including windows and doors), and geothermal heat pumps. To qualify for the insulation rebate, the house must be stick-built or manufactured, must be electrically heated, and must be at least two years of age.
