|Installation Requirements|| Building Program Partners are eligible if they are owners and managers of HUD-financed and USDA-financed multifamily buildings with three dwelling units or more and some reserved for income-qualified residents.|

Multifamily buildings in Ameren Missouri's service area with three dwelling units or more are eligible for the Multifamily income-qualified (MFIQ) program with approval from the building ownership or decision-making body. Customers must complete the application, equipment specification sheets, and final project invoices. Property managers receive free upgrades and reduced energy costs. Please check the program website for additional details on eligible equipment, incentive levels, and program rules.
