This ordinance sets requirements for industrial wind energy conversion systems. These requirements include minimum separation distances, setback requirements, electromagnetic interference analysis (EIA), the establishment of bonds for the purposes of decommissioning and groundwater protection, as well as the establishment of supplemental safety provisions.
