Summary

These regulations apply to fossil-fuel fired stationary sources which serve a generator with a nameplate capacity of 15 MW or more, or fossil-fuel fired boilers or indirect heat exchangers with a maximum input heat capacity of 250 MMBtu/hr or more. The regulations define allowable average emissions rates for these sources, additional emissions reduction requirements, and sulfur dioxide emissions standards.
