Summary

These regulations may apply to reciprocating engines, fuel-burning equipment, or waste combusting equipment which are either attached to major stationary sources of NOx or have high potential NOx emissions. Exceptions apply. The regulations require owners or operators of relevant equipment to meet certain emissions limitations, comply with equipment provisions, reduce Nox emissions, and register equipment.
