Flag rates for deletion?

I found some "rates" that don't belong; they are one-time connection fees instead of rates (e.g. with a $2,500 connection fee as a "fixed monthly charge"). Is there some way to flag rates for suggested deletion? Submitted by Ewilson on 22 June, 2012 - 12:27
